Bible Reading

Bible reading is essential for discipleship because it helps believers grow in their relationship with God, understand His will, and become more like Christ. The Bible is not just a rulebook—it's filled with real stories of people who got it wrong, who failed, doubted, and sinned. It reminds us that all have fallen short of the glory of God. But in the midst of that brokenness, we see the beauty of God’s grace: Jesus came, lived a perfect life, and died for our sins so that we could be restored to Him. As disciples, reading the Bible helps us grasp this incredible story of redemption, learn from the lives of those who came before us, and be transformed by the truth of the gospel as we seek to follow Jesus more faithfully.
